Senior Solutions Engineer- .Net Customizations & Integrations

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions.

ERP (.Net)Development and Customization

• Define integration patterns, data flow architectures, and technical standards for customization across client engagements.
• Design, develop, and implement custom modules and features based on business needs.
• Create and maintain system integrations between systems and other business applications.
• Develop workflows, scripts, and reports to enhance functionality.

Collaboration and Requirements Gathering

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders during implementations and upgrades, including leading requirements workshops and presenting solution designs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions align with organizational goals.
• Provide technical support and guidance during ERP system upgrades and migrations.

Estimating and Planning

• Assess the scope of projects and estimate development time, resources, and costs required.
• Provide accurate timelines and budgets for ERP-related projects.
• Contribute to project planning by identifying potential risks and dependencies.

Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain technical documentation, including system designs, workflows, and user manuals.
• Ensure ERP solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in modern .Net Frameworks programming languages C#, and SQL.
• Experience with system integration tools and technologies (APIs, ETL tools, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of database management systems and ERP architecture.

The Sr. .Net Solutions Engineer will support presales activities by reviewing technical feasibility, proposing solution approaches, and participating in technical discussions with clients. This position requires proactive communication, ownership of deliverables, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, client-facing environment., * Strong Software Development skills with expertise in .Net, C#, and related frameworks, including experience building, testing, and deploying scalable applications.

• Consulting experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, and client-facing communication to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
• Exposure to Sales and Presales activities, such as supporting demos, contributing to proposals, and explaining technical solutions in clear, business-oriented terms.
• Hands-on experience with Integration, including APIs, web services, and connecting .Net solutions to databases, third-party platforms, or enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in modern development practices (e.g., RESTful services, SQL, version control tools such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in a senior or lead .Net engineering role is highly beneficial.
