About the company
Electric Plus is a growing electrical contractor based in Avon, Indiana. Our business leaders have started using AI tools to build their own apps for project management, CRM and field operations. The ideas are good and more are coming, but the people building them have day jobs.
The AI Solutions Analyst / Implementer is the person they go to instead. You’ll learn how our business runs, sit down with leaders to understand what they need, and use AI tools to build working prototypes. Once a prototype proves its value, you’ll hand it to an external developer to make it enterprise-ready, then own it after launch as users ask for new features and reports.
This is not a traditional software engineering role. We care more about curiosity, problem-solving and communication than years of coding. It’s a rare chance to help define how AI is used across a company from the ground up.
