Job description
We are seeking a Consulting Automation Analyst to support our Automation Center of Excellence (COE). This senior-level consultant will lead enterprise automation initiatives, partner with business and IT stakeholders, and drive process improvements through innovative automation solutions., * Lead and deliver enterprise automation projects.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support automation workflows and scripts.
- Establish automation standards, best practices, and documentation.
- Monitor KPIs and measure the value and performance of automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert in automation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Development, or Business/Systems Analysis.
- Strong experience with automation design, scripting, process improvement, and SDLC methodologies.
- Knowledge of GitHub/version control, requirements gathering, documentation, and production support.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills., * Experience with AI, Machine Learning, AIOps, or Data Science.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, process optimization, and enterprise architecture.
- Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
