This role serves as the primary administrator for Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, ManageEngine, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Power Automate, and Barracuda, and works closely with Helpdesk, Infrastructure, Security, Human Resources, and global IT partners to keep our technology reliable, secure, and easy for employees to rely on every day. This role provides cross-functional systems coverage alongside our Network and Cloud Infrastructure engineers, with a primary focus on Microsoft 365 and endpoint platforms. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems proactively and wants their contributions to be visible and valued. Primary Responsibilities

  • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and related collaboration tools.
  • Manage user accounts, group memberships, licenses, mailboxes, permissions, and access changes.
  • Coordinate and execute employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for device enrollment, provisioning, configuration, application deployment, and compliance.
  • Administer mobile device management (MDM) for iPhones and iPads, including enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, and compliance policies.
  • Serve as the operational owner of ManageEngine, including endpoint agents, software deployment, patching, reporting, and platform health.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, endpoint, access, email, and device provisioning issues.
  • Own and resolve Level 2 Helpdesk tickets, providing escalated technical support beyond initial triage.
  • Provide audio/visual (AV) support for Teams-enabled conference rooms and company Town Hall meetings, ensuring reliable audio, video, and presentation connectivity.
  • Support approved Power Automate workflows used for IT operations and user lifecycle processes.
  • Administer assigned Barracuda email security functions and help resolve email delivery and filtering issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365 and endpoint integration activities with global IT teams, including Multi-Tenant Organization (MTO).
  • Partner with the Network and Cloud Infrastructure engineers on shared platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, certificates, and network security, including cross-training and providing backup coverage across teams.
  • Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, configuration records, and knowledge articles.
  • Apply least-privilege, security, governance, and change-management practices.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and automate recurring IT processes.
  • Participate in incident resolution, platform upgrades, migrations, and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in Microsoft 365, endpoint administration, systems administration, or IT operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online administration.
  • Experience supporting user administration, onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and access management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, or a comparable endpoint management platform.
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) for iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads.
  • Hands-on experience with ManageEngine or a comparable platform, with the ability to serve as the operational owner of endpoint agents, deployment, patching, and reporting.
  • Strong Windows endpoint troubleshooting and support skills.
  • Experience handling Level 2 Helpdesk escalations and providing advanced technical support.
  • Experience supporting AV/conference room technology, including Teams Rooms and video conferencing systems, and providing live support for Town Hall or all-hands meetings.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, networking fundamentals, and Azure, with the ability to support these platforms alongside the infrastructure team.
  • Understanding of identity, authentication, role-based access, and least-privilege principles and IT governance and change-management practices.
  • Strong documentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical, business, security, and global IT teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Desired:

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Power Automate, or other tools used to standardize and automate recurring IT processes.
  • Experience with Barracuda email security technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, retention, and auditing capabilities.
  • Experience supporting distributed, multi-site, or globally integrated IT environments.
