NET Developer

This role will contribute to the development and modernization of business-critical applications supporting complex operational workflows across a global enterprise. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable technical solutions while incorporating AI-enabled capabilities and modern software engineering practices., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, modular applications using C# and .NET Core.

• Build and enhance modern web applications using Blazor Server, Blazor WebAssembly, or comparable front-end frameworks.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code, to improve code quality, testing, refactoring, and development efficiency.
• Design and optimize data models, database schemas, and application performance using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
• Develop and maintain serverless applications and services using Azure Functions or comparable technologies.
• Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Bootstrap or similar CSS frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions within an Agile development environment.
• Design, develop, and support AI-enabled applications, intelligent agents, and automated workflows.
• Evaluate and implement AI-augmented software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices to improve productivity and software quality.
• Develop and maintain automated testing solutions for user interfaces, APIs, and databases using Playwright and related technologies.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, CI/CD activities, and collaborative software delivery.
• Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and test automation challenges, including improving test reliability and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software and continuously improve development processes.

Core Development and Software Engineering

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and experience developing high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing modular applications using C# and .NET Core.
• Strong understanding of Entity Framework Core, including data modeling, database migrations, LINQ, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including scripting, execution-plan analysis, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework for developing responsive, interactive web applications, such as Blazor, React, Angular, or Vue.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript for modern web application development.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, for code generation, refactoring, testing, and code review.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions or comparable serverless technologies.
• Experience developing responsive user interfaces using Bootstrap or similar CSS frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative software development workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and delivering moderate- to high-complexity development tasks within sprint cycles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with MediatR, Clean Architecture, Fluxor or similar state-management libraries, and resilience patterns such as Polly.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.

Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems

• Experience with large language model (LLM) architectures, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, vector databases, and agentic AI patterns.
• Hands-on experience developing AI agents or AI-enabled workflows to support software development, quality assurance, performance testing, or security automation.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Ability to design, implement, and optimize AI-augmented SDLC workflows that deliver measurable improvements in development efficiency and software quality.
• Experience building and integrating AI-enabled workflows to streamline application development and business processes.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation and the ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs while accounting for model limitations, accuracy, and potential risks.

Test Automation and Quality Engineering

• Experience with automated testing strategies, test parallelization, test-data management, and flaky-test identification and resolution.
• Preferred: Proficiency with Playwright for UI, API, and database testing, including test mocking.
• Preferred: Experience with performance-testing tools such as Artillery, JMeter, k6, or Locust.
• Preferred: Experience working in a risk-based, automation-first engineering environment.
