As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client relationships, and guide junior team members while developing your understanding of the broader business context within our Advisory practice.

In this role at PwC, you will contribute to digital manufacturing and connected technology engagements across product development and manufacturing, using analytical thinking and practical technical skills to develop deliverables that support client priorities. You will have opportunities to work across a range of solutions tied to connected physical products, IoT, digital engineering, and manufacturing excellence, while expanding your own career through exposure to diverse teams, evolving client needs, and increasingly complex delivery challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing manufacturing and digital transformation needs to define workstreams for MES, digital automation, and digital twin initiatives
  • Developing client deliverables that translate product development and manufacturing goals into actionable process and technology recommendations
  • Applying digital tooling, emerging technologies, and AI-supported methods to improve factory operations and production visibility
  • Assessing process simulation results, feasibility studies, and manufacturing cost analysis to inform design and deployment decisions
  • Documenting requirements, workflows, and solution designs that support product lifecycle management and manufacturing execution activities
  • Interpreting supply chain, production control, and lean manufacturing data to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Coordinating project resource management activities across teams to maintain scope, timing, and deliverable progress
  • Building client relationships by responding to questions, interpreting feedback, and adapting deliverables to changing business priorities
  • Reviewing work from junior team members, providing guidance on methods and deliverable development, and supporting their growth
  • Maintaining compliance and standards across project activities while applying critical thinking to complex manufacturing challenges
