NET Technical Lead (Azure)

Every modern aircraft depends on specialist materials most passengers never think about. One of the world’s biggest suppliers of them is growing fast, and the software behind that growth is built in house by a global engineering team most people don’t know exists., * Leading design and technical delivery of custom software for the aerospace business

• Turning business problems into scalable, secure solutions with architects, product owners and senior stakeholders
• Presenting and defending designs at Architecture Review Board level
• Setting the bar on code quality, including validating AI-generated code
• Building real observability across services: logging, metrics, tracing
• Mentoring developers on architecture, design patterns and engineering discipline
• Working with teams across multiple locations and time zones

• 8+ years building with .NET and C#, including at least 2 years as a Technical Lead or equivalent
• ASP.NET Core, REST APIs and microservices architecture
• SQL Server and Entity Framework Core, with solid database design
• Angular and TypeScript on the front end
• Microsoft Azure: App Services, Functions, Storage, Application Insights
• CI/CD with Azure DevOps
• Secure authentication: Azure AD, OAuth 2.0, JWT
• Hands-on use of AI development tools, and a clear view on where they help and where they don’t

Bonus points for AWS, Power BI, enterprise integrations or .NET MAUI.
