IT Procurement Specialist

If you are a skilled IT Procurement Specialist with great customer service, we have a spot for you. The person in this role will be responsible for executing and managing procurement-related workflows within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This role ensures the timely and accurate sourcing, quoting, purchasing, receiving, and tracking of hardware, software, and subscription-based products for both clients and internal use., The IT Procurement Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring data accuracy within systems, and supporting operational efficiency across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This position is on-site at the office in San Antonio, TX., * Develop and improve vendor relationships

• Research the market for the highest quality products at the lowest possible price
• Maintain and monitor the quote to purchasing
• Receiving in ConnectWise and tagging equipment
• Prepare Quotes in ConnectWise Sell
• Track client subscriptions and support renewals
• Track deliveries - receive and document in CRM
• Maintain product listings, with price and cost information
• Follow clear and precise documentation practices
• Implement process improvements for better efficiency and documentation
• Prepare RMAs as needed
• Assist with asset management and tracking
• Tracking and maintaining internal and client subscription and support renewals

• Experience working with technology environment; pricing & quote preparation experience a plus
• Experience working in an MSP ideal
• Experience working with a ticketing system
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Windows based computer applications
• Solid internet research skills
