Voice Specialist (AI Model Evaluator)

We are hiring Voice Specialists to evaluate AI models through real-time voice conversations. You will run the same scenario with two models, compare their performance, and recommend the stronger one., * Roleplay one scenario with Model A and Model B, keeping both conversations consistent.

• Record each call and rate both models on five defined criteria.
• Log errors you observe during the calls.
• Write a short rationale explaining which model you prefer and why.

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail, listening skills, and written communication
• Ability to follow guidelines and judge objectively
• Comfortable roleplaying naturally on voice
• Familiarity with AI or voice assistants

Selection Process

• Aptitude / Reasoning assessment
• Audio test, which evaluates verbal skills and voice, * Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?
• Do you have experience in QA, transcription, annotation, or AI-related work?
• Have you used AI chatbots or voice assistants such as ChatGPT, Alexa, Siri, or Gemini?
