You will run beta programs, UAT, and launches, measuring impact through how AWS and partners deliver customer outcomes.
You will work across AWS service teams, field teams, marketplace services engineering, data science, UX, and operations to build products that combine customer telemetry, predictive models, and intelligent agents, giving AWS and its partners real-time visibility into customer health and post-launch outcomes at scale.
This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their technology domains. - Contribute to system architecture decisions for data ingestion, scoring, and workflow automation that operate at AWS scale.
- Work directly with SDEs and engineering leads on sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and build/buy/partner trade-offs.
- Run beta programs, user acceptance testing, and launches with structured rollout plans.
- Define and track success metrics, from model-level performance to customer-facing outcomes, and use them to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate across AWS service teams, field engineering, data science, UX, and operations to deliver integrated customer-facing experiences.
- Navigate legal, compliance, privacy, and data-sharing gates required for product launches.
- Manage concurrent product workstreams, coordinating across engineering teams, stakeholders, and delivery timelines.
- Present to senior AWS leadership, including Director-level strategy and product reviews.
