Business Analyst - CECOM

• Collaborates with key functional stakeholders to produce the product the vision and roadmap
• Translates business needs into product requirements and communicates these to the development team
• Maintains a prioritized product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner, so each successive development sprint can be planned clearly and efficiently, and development decisions are aligned with business needs
• Participates in the day to day activities of the development team to clarify and represent the business needs
• Sets clear goals and communicate these and the project vision at the beginning of every release and sprint so that the team understands the objectives and is equipped to realize it
• Prioritizes and sequences the backlog according to business value or ROI
• Participates with team(s) in the backlog grooming process and user story pointing
• Identifies, communicates and manages dependency relationships and risks
• Participates in planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives
• Understands, follows and promotes the values and principles in the Agile Manifesto and promotes continuous cyber security risk management

All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution., * Active Secret security clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; Three (3) additional years of applicable experience, with appropriate certifications or relevant experience, may be substituted for the degree requirement, for a total of seven (7) years of experience.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining traceability, supporting UAT, and facilitating stakeholder decisions
• Experience leading Agile processes for one or more Scrum Teams and continuous improvements of development processes, product quality and quantity of work delivered.
• Holds and maintains Scrum Master certification or similar
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

$110,000 - $120,000 USD
