Field IT Support Technician

Some of the hardware you will be working with is as follows:

Training:

You will have an assigned territory and will attend a paid training program in College Station, Texas. The training is primarily a hands-on familiarization course of the equipment at customer sites and will also teach our policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; related technical degree preferred
• 1+ years experience troubleshooting computer hardware and networking issues
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a consistent basis
• Must be able to attend a paid training class in College Station, TX
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Enjoys providing EXCELLENT customer service
• A+ certified and/or other networking certifications is a plus
• Must be willing to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 10%
