• Experience accessing and working with relational databases, large datasets, and analytical data models.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to generate insights and communicate findings through effective presentations and visualizations.
• Technical expertise in database development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in trend analysis, root cause analysis, and other diagnostic analytical methods.
• Proficiency in prescriptive analytics and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to management, team members, and non-technical audiences., * Advanced degree in analytics, an MBA, or a related field.
