  • Business stakeholders get solutions that reduce manual work, improve visibility, and support accurate financial outcomes.
  • The team raises its engineering standards without slowing delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Experience with backend development in .NET, C#, VB.NET, Java, Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
  • Strong SQL experience, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, query optimization, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience building or supporting data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, reporting datasets, or large-scale operational data workflows.
  • Experience developing or reviewing front-end applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of SDLC practices, Git-based development, code review, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex application and data issues independently.
