Service Engineer (Data Center)

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve system functionality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for various systems and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team., * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in a service engineering or technical support role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.

Pay Range: $37 - $41/hr. W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
