Job description

  • Own Unity feature development end-to-end, from technical design through rollout and long-term maintenance.
  • Lead the scaling of core features across multiple titles, ensuring consistent quality and reusable implementation patterns.
  • Identify, structure, and execute improvements within existing codebases while avoiding unnecessary rewrites.
  • Collaborate closely with the Games teams members to clarify requirements and manage delivery risks.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Unity?, * You have 5+ years of hands on Unity and C# development experience.

  • Ability to design maintainable, scalable Unity/C# systems using OOP, SOLID principles, composition, dependency management, and appropriate design patterns.
  • Proven track record delivering shipped mobile titles, preferably in live production environments.
  • Deep understanding of mobile performance, memory management, profiling, and platform-specific constraints.
  • Strong communication skills for clearly reporting progress, blockers, risks, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Git-based workflows and collaborative development practices (code reviews, documentation, CI/CD is a plus).
