AI Engineer

• AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools \n

• Vector databases and semantic search technologies \n

• AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability tools \n

• Experience integrating with platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite and / or comparable ERP systems and tools. \n

• 5+ years of experience with a combination of data engineering, AI, machine learning, software engineering, or related disciplines \n

• Strong Python development experience \n

• Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and large language model technologies \n

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services \n

• Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms \n

• Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and business systems \n

• Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices \n

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills \n

• Design and implement AI and machine learning solutions for business applications \n

• Develop and support AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, and enterprise integrations \n

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions \n

• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to development teams \n

• Establish best practices around AI governance, security, deployment, and scalability \n

• Support AI adoption through documentation, training, and knowledge sharing \n
