Sr .Net/AI Engineer

• Strong, proven experience building production applications in C# with .NET / .NET Core \n

• Real experience building or integrating AI/LLM solutions, including prompt engineering, function/tool calling, RAG, and working with model APIs like Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar \n

• Direct experience building AI agents - ones that plan, call tools, hold context, and carry out multi-step tasks - using Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, AutoGen, or LangChain-style orchestration \n

• Solid Azure development background, including App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vaults, Storage Accounts, and Azure DevOps pipelines \n

• Strong Azure SQL and T-SQL skills, including building database objects, stored procedures, user-defined functions, and integrated security; familiarity with vector stores like Azure AI Search or Cosmos DB is a plus \n

• Comfort with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git), including branching and release strategies \n

• Experience developing in Visual Studio and/or VS Code \n

• Command of the full software development life cycle - architecture through deployment and documentation - with security built in throughout \n

• Experience with Web Services, RESTful APIs, and SOAP APIs for connecting to vendor and enterprise systems \n

• A track record of technical leadership - mentoring developers, owning architecture calls, and pushing best practices across a team \n

• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in keeping up with fast-moving AI technology \n

• Clear communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, plus strong attention to detail \n, * Experience shipping AI/agentic solutions for real business use cases - document analysis, summarization, intelligent automation, copilots - at production scale \n

• Background working with legal, financial, or HR systems and databases \n

• Front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, along with HTML5 and CSS \n

• Familiarity with Responsible AI practices - evaluation, guardrails, content safety, and cost/performance tuning for AI workloads \n

• Build scalable, production-ready applications in C# using .NET / .NET Core and current application frameworks \n

• Drive the design and rollout of AI features and AI agents that automate tasks, work with enterprise data, and support user workflows \n

• Build and orchestrate AI solutions with tools like Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and agent frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework/AutoGen, or the OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs \n

• Apply retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and vector search to connect AI to enterprise content \n

• Set engineering standards, review code, and coach junior and mid-level developers \n

• Work with stakeholders and architects to turn business needs into technical designs and delivery plans \n

• Build AI features responsibly, factoring in security, privacy, evaluation, and governance at every step \n
