Inventory Technician

· Maintain accurate inventory records for the cultivation department.

· Assist with order fulfillment by preparing and organizing products for internal transfers and distribution.

· Perform routine inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits.

· Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies and state regulations.

· Provide support with METRC tracking, data entry, and inventory management.

· Enter and maintain inventory data using Microsoft Excel and other inventory management systems.

· Communicate effectively with cultivation and operations teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.

· Keep inventory areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Experience with inventory management; cannabis industry or METRC experience is required.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand adapt to changing priorities.

The Inventory Tech supports day-to-day order fulfillment and quality control operations within our secure vault, working closely with the packaging team to ensure accuracy and compliance at every stage. This role is responsible for verifying packaged products on the packaging line - checking weights, tolerances, and packaging integrity - to confirm all items meet company and state quality standards before they move through inventory and out for fulfillment.
