Organizational Change Management SME

Develop enterprise-wide change management strategy. Develop and execute OCM strategy for the transformation program. Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments. Define communication, engagement, and training strategies. Lead executive stakeholder alignment activities. Coordinate business communication and stakeholder engagement activities. Track change risks, resistance and adoption challenges. Define and monitor change KPIs. Work closely with process, SAP and project teams to ensure business readiness. Measure user adoption and change effectiveness. Drive business readiness and transition planning.

8+ years of OCM/change management experience. Experience in large-scale business/SAP transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management. Knowledge in Change Management Frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci) Experience with change impact and readiness assessments. Experience developing communication and training strategies. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
