QA Automation Lead AI & Test Automation

We are looking for a highly experienced QA Automation Lead with strong hands-on expertise in test automation, framework development, quality engineering, and AI-assisted testing., 15+ years of experience in QA and test automation Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks Expertise in API testing, microservices, SQL, and database validation Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps Strong knowledge of automation framework design, quality metrics, and test reporting Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted testing Ability to lead automation initiatives, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Quality dashboards: Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana
• Docker, Kubernetes, performance testing, and AI/LLM validation
