Senior Software Engineer in Test

As a Senior Software Engineer in Test, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring product quality across the digital asset platform. Working closely with engineers, product owners, and architects, you will design and implement automated testing solutions, contribute to testing frameworks, and help drive quality throughout the development lifecycle. You’ll have opportunities to deepen your technical skills, collaborate across teams, and grow within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

• Strong experience with test automation using languages such as Java, and frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, JUnit, or Spring Boot Test
• Proficiency in databases, SQL, data validation, and understanding how to test data workflows
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms, and containerization technologies such as Docker or ECS
• Experience building and maintaining end-to-end and integration tests across distributed or microservice-based systems
• Experience working with version control systems like Git
• Proven understanding of Agile development processes and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
• Experience with AI-assisted test generation to improve automation coverage and efficiency is a plus

• A proven foundation in software engineering or test automation (Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5 years of experience)
• Ability to advocate for quality and influence peers through collaboration and technical reasoning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate test approaches to engineers, product partners, and leadership
• Experience with requirements review, defect analysis, working with distributed teams, and assisting with test reporting
• Analytical approach with the ability to diagnose issues and perform root-cause analysis
