• Experience: 5+ years of data engineering experience, with a track record of building data platforms from scratch. Proven record of pipelines handling, enriching and syndicating large datasets (1 billion rows +) \n

• 2+ years in a senior level data architecting role that includes strategy and execution \n

• Hands on AWS experience is a must \n

• Expertise with Python, ETL Pipelines, and relational data bases such as SQL, NoSQL etc

• Greenfield Architecture: Design and implement the foundational data lakehouse structure, cataloging systems, and storage layers on AWS. \n

• AI-Ready Infrastructure: Build foundational frameworks (e.g., feature stores, model training data pipelines) to ensure data is clean, labeled, and instantly available for future ML/AI initiatives. \n

• Pipeline Engineering: Build robust, high-throughput batch and real-time ingestion pipelines from the ground up: ETL Expertise \n

• Infrastructure Selection: Evaluate trade-offs between third-party SaaS platforms and AWS-managed equivalents to build a cost-effective, scalable stack. \n

• Fintech Security: Implement day-one security infrastructure, including data governance, RBAC, and masking for sensitive financial data using AWS IAM, Lake Formation, or Unity Catalog. \n

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product, and DevOps to align the platform with future product scaling. \n
