- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java.
- Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
- Good experience in Microservices architecture.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of OOP, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and Design Patterns.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong banking/financial services domain experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with banking applications such as payments, loans, cards, deposits, or transaction processing.
