Oracle Cloud ERP SME

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM applications.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support and third-party vendors to resolve escalated issues.
• Support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, patches, releases, and maintenance activities.
• Develop and execute regression, integration, and post-release testing.
• Support critical business-process testing, including payroll and benefits where applicable.
• Analyze enhancement requests and translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, and validation of system changes.
• Troubleshoot Oracle Cloud integrations and data/interface issues.
• Support Oracle security, roles, access, and controls in coordination with authorized personnel.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support incident, problem, change, and release-management processes.
• Prepare root cause analyses, status reports, SLA reports, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal staff and business users.
• Participate in governance meetings with client stakeholders, Oracle, and third-party vendors.
• Support roadmap development, capacity planning, scalability, and future Oracle Cloud enhancements.

• 7+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud HCM, or related Oracle enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated experience supporting production Oracle Cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud releases, patches, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Experience with functional requirements, system enhancements, testing, and post-production validation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations and business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud certification(s).
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud in a government or public-sector environment.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, Payroll, Financials, Inventory, EPBCS, or Analytics.
• Experience with ALM Octane, HP ALM, or similar application lifecycle-management tools.
• Experience with automated testing and regression testing.
• Experience supporting payroll and benefits testing.
• ITIL or comparable IT service-management experience.
• Experience working directly with Oracle Support.
• Experience developing SLA, operational, and performance reports.
