Job description
- Work with clients to understand business requirements
- Support software implementation and configuration
- Assist with solution testing and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with technical and project teams
- Prepare project documentation and training materials
- Provide ongoing client support throughout implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-service abilities
- Comfortable learning new software platforms
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Consulting or implementation experience is a plus
