• Define and advocate engineering best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Drive technical vision and influence product roadmaps through strategic thinking and innovation.
• Challenge existing solutions and propose scalable, maintainable alternatives.
• Lead the design of complex, distributed systems emphasizing reliability, performance, and security.
• Ensure alignment of architecture and leadership with organizational goals and standards.

• Hands-on Java 11+ with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and RESTful API development.
• Microservices design, event-driven architecture, messaging with Kafka and SQS, caching with Redis, and SQL/NoSQL data modeling.
• AWS provisioning and development with services such as SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, Kinesis, and EKS.
• Designing and documenting secure, performant, and scalable RESTful APIs.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Building CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
• Relational and NoSQL database experience, including SQL, table creation, and version control tooling such as Liquibase.
• Testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test.
• Agile methodologies including Kanban and Scrum.
• Nice to have: CloudFormation templates and Terraform.
