AI Automation Consultant

• 8+ years of experience in automation consulting, intelligent automation, RPA, business process transformation, technology consulting, or related fields.
• Strong experience in business-process analysis, process mapping, workflow design, and automation assessment.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation and RPA platforms, particularly Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-agent concepts.
• Experience designing or implementing AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and system integrations.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise applications such as CRM and ERP,
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and intelligent workflows.
• Conduct process discovery and create business-process maps, workflow diagrams, and automation assessments.
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on business impact, complexity, feasibility, risk, and expected ROI.
• Design end-to-end AI automation solutions combining AI, workflow automation, APIs, RPA, and enterprise applications.
• Design and implement intelligent workflows using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate and other automation technologies.
• Troubleshoot automation workflows, integrations, APIs, and AI components, and support production deployments.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
