Data Center Cabling Technician

We are seeking motivated Data Center Cabling Technicians to join a growing team supporting large-scale data center construction and infrastructure projects in Brownsville, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with low-voltage cabling or data center experience who enjoy hands-on work, collaborating with a team, and contributing to critical technology environments.

What You’ll Do

• Install, route, and terminate low-voltage cabling within a data center environment.
• Perform rack-and-stack activities, including equipment installation and cable management.
• Test, troubleshoot, and verify cable connectivity to support reliable operations.
• Follow established quality, safety, and installation standards.
• Partner with team members across multiple shifts to help meet project milestones.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all site requirements., * 100% on-site position in Brownsville, TX.

• Experience with low-voltage cabling, structured cabling, or telecommunications installations.
• Ability to use hand tools, including punch-down and cable termination tools.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting cable connections.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts based on project needs.
• Ability to work overtime when required to support project schedules.
• Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail., * Previous data center installation or infrastructure experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Scissor lift certification.
• Familiarity with rack-and-stack deployments and cable management best practices., Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
