Salesforce Technical Architect - Data Cloud

We are seeking a highly technical and hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce to lead the design, optimization, and implementation of next-generation AI-powered customer data solutions.

This role requires a unique blend of architecture, strategy, and hands-on development. The ideal candidate will assess existing Data Cloud implementations, identify optimization opportunities, design scalable solutions, and actively participate in configuration and build activities. The architect will play a key role in enabling AI and Agentforce use cases through advanced data architecture, ingestion, vectorization, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) experience.
• Proven experience serving as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Lead Architect.
• Deep expertise in: Salesforce Data Cloud Data Architecture Data Modeling Data Management Data Ingestion Identity Resolution Data Integration
• Experience designing and configuring Data Cloud solutions from initial architecture through production deployment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and APIs.
• Experience evaluating existing implementations and providing optimization recommendations.
• Ability to move seamlessly between architecture and hands-on delivery responsibilities.
