We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems and distributed microservices.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of backend development experience, including 5+ years of production-level Go (Golang).
- Strong expertise in Go concurrency, performance optimization, testing, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with REST/gRPC APIs, distributed systems, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of observability, production troubleshooting, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Experience using AI tools to improve coding, architecture, code reviews, and testing.
- Proven technical leadership, architecture decision-making, and mentoring experience.
