Power BI Developer

Seeking a strong Power BI Consultant to help streamline and optimize an existing reporting environment. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Power BI development, semantic modeling, dashboard design, and user experience. Evaluate and improve existing Power BI dashboards and reports. Optimize semantic models, DAX calculations, and overall report performance. Consolidate and simplify a reporting environment currently consisting of 120+ dashboard pages and 187 reports. Improve dashboard usability, navigation, and end-user experience. Partner with stakeholders to identify reporting redundancies and recommend best practices.

Strong Power BI development experience. Deep understanding of Power BI Semantic Models and data modeling. Experience optimizing and simplifying complex reporting environments. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and quickly get a reporting program back on track.
