  • 5+ years of hands-on FPGA design and development experience
  • Strong proficiency in HDL languages (VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog)
  • Experience with FPGA toolchains (e.g., Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, Microchip Libero)
  • Knowledge of digital design principles, RTL design, and hardware interfaces
  • Experience with simulation, verification, and debugging tools · Familiarity with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, SPI, etc.)
  • Ability to work from system-level requirements to implementation and verification, * Experience in aerospace (avionics, space) or medical device development
  • Familiarity with DO-254, ARINC protocols, or safety-critical development processes
  • Experience with DSP algorithms or signal processing on FPGAs
  • Programming skills in C/C++ or Python
  • Experience with embedded systems and SoC architectures

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset · Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project environments
