HOW A SCRUM MASTER ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

? Coordinates and monitors the scrum process from initiation through delivery

? Keeps our Hybrid software delivery teams on schedule through virtual and in-person interactions

Experience:

5 + years of related experience, ? Education: Bachelors degree and Agile certification, or relevant experience

? Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience

? Required Technical Skills: Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

? Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with polygraph

? Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and use of Jira

? Location: Hybrid/Herndon, VA

The likely salary range for this position is $144,500 - $195,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
