Data and Controlling analyst (CDD / STA)

This Opportunity is a Short-Term Contract (CDD) : 5 months or more.

1- Financial Controlling

• Monitor the overall Learning budget in coordination with project managers and provide regular updates
• Monitor procurement processes (contract signature, contract tracker repository, purchase orders etc..)
• Prepare AXA University invoicing for AXA entities (digital Learning offers, learning seminars etc..)
• Coordinate with accountants to collect AXA SA subsidies as well as entity payments and get the providers paid on due time

2 - Data and Insights

• In close coordination with HRIS team define actions to improve data quality in learning systems
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making
• Create appropriate dashboards and presentations to communicate data and insights to various stakeholders
• In coordination with the strategic planner, contribute transversally to the financial and non-financial publications that include learning data (AXA Group Annual Report, the AXA Corporate Sustainability Assessment and the corporate annual report for AXA Université).

3 - Operations and Process Management * Coordinate activities of the support team from AXA Business Services India (prioritization of activities, quality monitoring)

• Define and enhance processes and operating models of Group Learning in a continuous manner, promoting operational excellence

Do you have experience in Power BI?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Information Management.

• Data analysis and data visualization
• Budget management and monitoring
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Business French & English proficiency
• Mastering Excel, PowerBI, is a prerequisite.
