Job description

Ensure adequate level of the Main Components inspections of Wind&Solar assets, most critical trouble shooting, implementation of prototype projects, focused on the predictive maintenance and asset performance improving.

  • Ensure the predictive maintenance of the Main Components through:
  • Supporting the Technical Asset Managements and Maintenance OUs of the different countries in specific analysis, inspections and monitoring activities, in coordination with Predictive Diagnostic dept;
  • Timely definition of the interventions to be implemented in order to fix the encountered issues and/or identify the causes of the anomaly, in coordination with Predictive Diagnostic dept;
  • Supporting and collaboration with Predictive Diagnostic and Strategic Planning & Technological Development, monitoring and verifying the interventions on the Main Components, testing new monitoring solutions of the main turbine components/sub-components/accessories, in order to increase the possibilities of the predictive maintenance, or identify and prevent anomalies, premature causes of failure and extend the useful life of the plants.
  • Due diligence technical support for onsite inspection and reporting.

  • Technical Inspection
  • Carry out audit activities, during and upon completion of the activities on the assets, verifying, based on defined plans and in agreement with the management, that the technical interventions are carried out according to the minimum requirements in terms of accuracy, completeness and frequency.

  • Support Maintenance dept during the Main Components replacement in order to optimize process, timing and create the corresponding work instruction.

  • CMS (Condition monitoring system) and SCADA hardware system restoration and spare parts management

  • Reporting and documentation
  • Define procedures, work instructions and check lists
  • Create inspection and videoscopies reports

Studies:

Electric/Electronical or Mechanical studies. Work Experience:

It is preferential to have working experiences in the maintenance and trouble shooting activities of the following wind turbines: Vestas, Nordex, Senvion, Enercon.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, Good knowledge of English language in order to communicate and collaborate in an efficient way with all the Countries of the Company. IT Skills:

Basic Knowledge of MS-Office applications (Outlook, MS-Excel/MS-Word).
