• Building agentic AI workflows for real-time nurse coordination, including memory-based scheduling, geographic matching, and compliance verification
• Developing AI voice infrastructure and telephony systems, moving critical functions in-house for scalability
• Working directly with the CEO and interim CTO to shape both the product and engineering culture from the ground up, * Low ego, high intensity - thoughtful builders who value curiosity, kindness, and ownership over bravado

• 4-8 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal direction
• Excited by agentic AI, voice systems, and complex integrations
