Roles/Responsibilities:

• Perform UML modeling and XML configuration as part of overall solution design.
• Design, modify, and enhance XML/XSL-based content for notices, forms, data transformations, and system-generated outputs.
• Develop SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures to support application functionality, reporting needs, and data validation tasks.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high-quality, reliable deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data structures and understand business requirements.
• Apply best practices to ensure code quality, system performance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to XML document generation, rendering pipelines, and data processing components.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) development
2. Strong proficiency in Java, XML, XSD, XSLT, XSL-FO, and SQL. 2 years
3. Experience with Oracle, Oracle Utilities, Altova tools (StyleVision, XMLSpy), Apache FOP, SQL scripting, and relational database modeling. -2 years
4. Hands-on experience using Eclipse, relational databases (Oracle), and version control systems.
5. Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development 2 Years
6. Experience coding using Java/J2EE 2 Years
7. Experience with executing SQL to validate or test. 2 Years
8. Experience developing and testing using junits and jomockits 2 years
9. Good oral and written communications skills in order to interact on a daily basis with system developers, business analysts, and others.
10. Ability to prioritize tasks within the project and work with minimal supervision or guidance.
11. Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
12. Experience navigating on a UNIX platform.

Desirable Skills:

1. C ram experience is a plus but not mandatory.
2. Understanding of Medicaid Program Policy guidelines
