IAM Architect (SailPoint,ForgeRock/CyberArk)

We are looking for an experienced IAM Architect with strong expertise in designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint, ForgeRock/CyberArk.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA. The candidate will be responsible for defining IAM architecture, designing end-to-end identity solutions, integrating IAM platforms with enterprise applications, and driving IAM transformation initiatives across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role requires strong architectural knowledge, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to lead enterprise IAM implementation and integration projects., * Strong experience in Enterprise IAM architecture, design, and implementation.

• Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud - Identity Governance, Access Certifications, RBAC, provisioning, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes.
• Strong experience in ForgeRock AM, IDM, and DS - Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, CIAM, and Identity Federation.
• Experience in CyberArk PAM - Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, privileged account management, password rotation, and session management.
• Strong understanding of IAM, IGA, PAM, and CIAM concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP.
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with Active Directory, HRMS, ERP, and enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Trust security principles.
• Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and custom IAM integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud IAM solutions across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in IAM solution architecture, technical design, POCs, and enterprise implementations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
