Infrastructure Manager

• 8-10+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience with 3-5+ years in a hands-on leadership role \n

• Strong background across data center operations, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery \n

• Experience working across hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud) \n

• Proven track record delivering infrastructure transformation initiatives \n

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and act as a technical escalation point \n

• Experience leading teams and managing third-party vendors \n

• Strong stakeholder communication skills

• Oversee daily operations of enterprise infrastructure, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance \n

• Design and implement scalable solutions across on-prem and Microsoft Azure environments \n

• Lead modernization initiatives including upgrades, cloud adoption, and disaster recovery enhancements \n

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents, driving root cause analysis and resolution \n

• Manage data center infrastructure including virtualization, storage, backup, and recovery platforms \n

• Partner with and manage vendors while maintaining technical ownership of solutions \n

• Mentor and develop engineering teams through hands-on leadership \n

• Contribute to budgeting, capacity planning, and technology selection \n

• Ensure infrastructure meets security, audit, and regulatory requirements \n
