Job description

  • Core Development: You design and implement scalable, high-availability backend services using Node.js/NestJS and modern frontend applications with React/Next.js.
  • System Architecture: You solve complex challenges in distributed systems and microservice architectures, ensuring seamless integration between services.
  • Infrastructure as Code: You take full ownership of your services by managing cloud infrastructure on GCP using Terraform and containerizing applications with Docker.
  • Data & Persistence: You design efficient data models and manage database schemas (SQL/NoSQL), ensuring performance and data integrity.
  • DevOps Culture: You build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, monitor production environments, and proactively optimize system reliability and security

Requirements

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Experience: Several years of professional experience in Full Stack development, with a strong focus on backend architecture and cloud environments.

  • Backend Stack: Expert knowledge of Node.js and the NestJS framework.
  • Frontend Stack: Proficient in TypeScript and React, specifically using Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
  • Cloud & Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • DevOps Mindset: Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes (optional but a plus), and building automated deployment pipelines.
  • Communication: Fluent in English; German is a definite plus.
