• Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, and cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the delivery of quality hardware, software, and support services.
• Develop and enforce IT policies aligned with industry standards like ITIL to optimize service delivery and security.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
• Maintain network security through firewalls, network support, VPNs, and disaster recovery planning to safeguard organizational data.
• Provide technical support for complex issues related to computer networking, server management, virtualization (VMware, vSphere), and remote access software.
• Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and manage Active Directory for user access control.
• Oversee IT asset management, configuration management, and ensure compliance with governance standards such as IT support frameworks.

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure for scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware and vSphere for efficient resource management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server environments, Linux systems, and databases for enterprise data management.
• Expertise in network engineering covering LAN/WAN configurations, Cisco routers, DHCP, DNS, firewall setup, and network security measures.
• Proven ability to manage IT projects using Agile methodologies with excellent organizational skills in project & program management supervision.
• Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira for collaboration and service management workflows.
• Solid understanding of information security principles including data protection, vulnerability assessment, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams within fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels; capable of translating technical concepts into clear language for non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks ensuring compliance with industry standards; experience in vendor management is a plus.
