AI Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow and other machine learning tools to address real-world challenges.
• Implement scalable big data systems using Hadoop, Spark, and ETL processes to manage large datasets efficiently.
• Conduct statistical analysis and modeling using R, SAS, and statistical analysis tools to extract actionable insights from data.
• Develop predictive modeling analyses and natural language processing applications to enhance product features and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing cloud services on platforms like AWS and machine learning cloud services.
• Optimize model training, evaluation, and deployment processes ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of algorithms, data pipelines, and system architecture for ongoing improvement and compliance.

• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar tools for AI implementation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA or related languages for model development and automation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, data mining techniques, and database design principles.
• Familiarity with big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark implementation, Talend, and Looker for analytics and data processing.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, and predictive modeling analysis.
• Experience working with cloud-based AI/ML services on AWS or other cloud platforms for model training and deployment.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis for research purposes using R or SAS tools; understanding of statistical modeling for research is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data analytics workflows including data extraction (ETL), data warehousing, database management, and scalability considerations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to innovation in AI solutions within big data environments.
