Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities: Includes the following: * Serves as primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration, learning and continuous improvement. * Implement and manage Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO9001 standards to ensure high-quality deliverables. * Proactively identify and remove impediments that may hinder the teams progress, while protecting the team from external distractions. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
