Senior Full-Stack with DevOps experience

They’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Architect who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, infrastructure, and AI. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys designing scalable systems, building alongside a small elite team, and setting the technical direction of a rapidly growing platform.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build highly scalable distributed systems supporting AI-driven products.
• Own the full software lifecycle across backend services, infrastructure, APIs, and customer-facing applications.
• Design reliable cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on observability, automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and AI agent infrastructure.
• Partner closely with leadership to influence technical strategy while remaining hands-on in the code.
• Help establish engineering best practices around scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.

• 7+ years building and scaling production software.
• Strong full-stack engineering background with deep expertise in cloud architecture.
• Heavy SRE/DevOps experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform (or similar), CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
• Strong programming experience with Python plus one or more of Go, Rust, Node.js, or TypeScript.
• Experience designing systems that support large-scale enterprise users and high-volume data workloads.
• Comfortable leveraging AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Copilot to accelerate engineering productivity.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead technically through influence and execution.
