Salesforce Senior Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end management of Salesforce enterprise software implementations, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and VersionOne to track progress and facilitate effective communication.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT infrastructure, software development, QA/testing, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to promote iterative development, continuous feedback, and adaptive planning.
• Manage project risks through proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies aligned with PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) standards.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), test case creation, and defect resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication by providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential issues; ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support release management activities including deployment planning, disaster recovery procedures, and post-implementation reviews.
• Supervise technical project managers and team leads in delivering enterprise solutions that meet business needs while adhering to IT governance policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging industry best practices in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), IT infrastructure integration, and cloud computing strategies.

• Extensive experience managing large-scale enterprise software projects with a focus on Salesforce platform implementations.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, TFS, VersionOne, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban; familiarity with Waterfall methodology as needed.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects involving AWS cloud services, IT infrastructure integration, databases (SQL & Oracle), and disaster recovery planning.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis skills, risk management, and user acceptance testing processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising technical project teams; strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes aligned with PMBOK standards; experience applying IT governance principles in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with software development practices such as test-driven development (TDD) and release management cycles.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and project outcomes.
