ORACLE EBS Technical/Functional Consultant - MUST BE AT CLIENT SITE

• DRIVE functional requirements elicitation and translate into development tasks that are clear and concise
• Capture insight across multiple Client Integration Efforts
• Engage in the HR Activities and track related conversion efforts
• Collaborate with Clients Third-party integrators, system users (client resources) and development resources as necessary to ensure all parties are fully in alignment to requirements and defined activities
• Effectively engage with client leadership and other key stakeholder delivering critical information that leads to information to allow effective decisions to be made

Conzinity Group is seeking a highly skilled Techno/Functional Oracle E-Business Suite professional with a STRONG Background in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud - specifically Financials and HR . We require this resource to be knowledgeable of the integration between Oracle EBS/CLOUD and other third-part solutions. We seek a resource that has the ability to effectively dialogue with the Business Unit and effectively translate requirements into actionable technical components. This role requires a skilled resource that has both Technical and Functional traits. This role will assist our client and perform a broad range of Oracle Benefits and Payroll activities that contribute to the overall success of our client’s goals and objectives., * Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required

• 10+ years of experience working with Oracle CLOUD and EBS
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Financials & Procurement
• Extensive Functional and domain detailed knowledge of the FINCIALS
• Overall well rounded Oracle skills
• General knowledge of overall Oracle HRMS is beneficial
• Able to think analytically and perform well under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a non-technical fashion to all levels of management, and speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
• Superior listening skills with the ability to gain clarification when needed
• Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver presentations, lead, and participate in meetings, * Oracle EBS: 10 years (Preferred)

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
