Job description

Seeking a hands-on Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Kafka, and cloud-native application development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support scalable, high-performance distributed systems while driving engineering best practices, automation, and AI-assisted software development initiatives., * Build and maintain secure, scalable, cloud-native applications.

Design reusable services and microservice-based architectures.
Lead technical problem-solving, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
Drive automation, operational stability, and engineering best practices.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
