Field Network Technician

• Assist with testing and activation of fiber optic networks
• Perform routine maintenance and support outage restoration
• Install and support network equipment (fiber, routers, switches, PON)
• Pull, repair, and splice fiber as needed
• Inspect newly completed construction for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures, MOPs, and company standards
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience in fiber, telecom, construction, utilities, or field service preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn fiber optics and network systems
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check

Work Environment

• Outdoor field work in varying weather conditions
• Physical work including lifting, climbing, bending, and walking
