Job description

  • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, automations, and agents for customer use cases
  • Use tools like Codex, Claude Code, n8n, Supabase, Google Apps Script, and related platforms to prototype and implement solutions
  • Translate customer needs into clear technical workflows
  • Help evaluate which parts of a business process can be automated, augmented, or streamlined with AI
  • Test workflows for accuracy, reliability, and usability
  • Document processes, setup steps, and customer-facing instructions
  • Support customer onboarding and troubleshooting
  • Communicate clearly with customers about what a system can and cannot do, This role will support Grounded AI’s client implementation work, including automating time-intensive business processes, building AI agents for repeatable workflows, and helping customers adopt AI tools in practical, understandable ways.

The ideal person is technical enough to build and troubleshoot, but also comfortable asking good questions, working through ambiguity, and communicating with customers in plain language.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, This role is a good fit for someone who is technically curious, comfortable working directly with customers, and already hands-on with AI development tools like Codex and/or Claude Code. You do not need to be a traditional software engineer, but you should understand how AI systems, automations, integrations, and data flows work well enough to build reliable solutions and explain them clearly to non-technical users., * Experience using Codex and/or Claude Code to build AI-assisted workflows, tools, or products

  • Familiarity with AI agents, prompt design, tool use, and workflow automation
  • Comfort working with APIs, databases, structured data, and integrations
  • Experience with one or more of the following: n8n, Supabase, Google Apps Script, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with small business owners and non-technical customers
  • Product-minded approach: able to think about usability, customer value, and edge cases

Nice to Have

  • Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or lightweight web apps
  • Experience with CRM, scheduling, email, document, or spreadsheet automations
  • Familiarity with security, permissions, and data privacy considerations
  • Prior customer-facing, consulting, product, or operations experience
